Trevor Adams

Co-Director, Halloween 2009 Christopher Allen is a Twin Cities born actor, community arts teacher, printmaker, and set builder. As a child, he began performing in his parent’s basement creating site-specific pieces centering on youth and parental angst. In more recent times Christopher has performed in and built for Barebones Annual Halloween Show since 2006.

Graphics Designer, Halloween 2009 JoAnn Blohowiak is a South Minneapolis resident, artist, and graphic designer. She has created the BareBones tabloid for the past three years. Halloween Show 2009 Visiting Artist

Site Coordinator, Halloween Show 2009 Brent joined BareBones Productions in 1999 as a puppeteer for “YDK”, was Halloween Usher Coordinator for seven years, and has been Halloween Site Coordinator and de-facto Fire Safety Coordinator since 2005. Brent has served on the Board of Directors since 2005 and is currently the Treasurer of the organization.

Visiting Artist, BareBones Halloween Show 2009 Lindsay McCaw resides in the hills of southwest Wisconsin. Lindsay is one half of the Dolly Wagglers puppet company with Adam Cook. They most recently joined forces with other cardboard slingers for the Winter Boxcutter Cabaret Tour.

BareBones has been, and continues to be, a complex and energetic organism. Appreciated by thousands, it has been a priceless gift to the twin citizenry and the beautiful souls who come from so far every year to manifest its Halloween production. In its essence, it strives to be generous to all who wish to be part of a vehicle for the recognition of who we are in the moment, our connection to our world, and our ancestors, in what is the equivalent in the natural world of colorful salmon returning to a traditional spot to reinvent the next generation of the species. BareBones is a kaleidoscope of feeling, creating flashes of incoherent joy, beauty, recollection, and hope that we will continue to be doing the work that touches so many lives, and has wrought such beauty and connection.
